The Delivery Debate

Given that you are reading this blog, you are probably familiar with ordering delivery food (especially ordering delivery food online!). But as it turns out, not everyone has been convinced yet that delivery is an essential service for restaurants to offer, in particular, for quick-service (aka fast food) restaurants to offer. The practice is spreading rapidly however, and this month’s QSR Magazine tackles the issue from three different angles, giving readers a look at the costs and benefits of delivery from the business side.

We here at SeamlessWeb clearly believe that delivery food has a bright future (pick up too), and we think that you agree. Tell us in the comments, write on the message boards, or e-mail us about why you love delivery and what you think the future holds!
