Weekend Updates

You asked and we answered. This weekend, SeamlessWeb introduced new features designed to improve your ordering experience, helping you get what you want when you want it…and let other people know about it.

Come Tweet With Us

Stoked about your Seamless orders? Good news. There’s an easy new way to share them with all your friends on Twitter! Every time you complete an order now, we offer you a handy “Tweet this!” link (see below) that automatically sets up a tweet for you naming the restaurant you just ordered from. All you’ve gotta do is hit update, which is something that our users seem to have been doing a lot of recently.

Green Every Time

People have also been extremely happy with our eco-friendly ordering feature for the past couple of months, to the point that many of them wanted all of their orders to be eco-friendly by default. That dream is now a reality, as each user has the ability to adjust this setting on the My Account page and keep away any unwanted utensils and packaging.

We’re always interested in suggestions on how to improve the site, so please leave a comment here, tweet @ us, or send us an e-mail and we’ll do our best to implement the top ideas.

I read the directions re. "Always make my orders Eco-Friendly" and I don’t see that option on my account. Is it not available for corporate accounts yet?

    Thanks!

    Hey Paul,

Thanks so much for your comment and your eco-friendly enthusiasm! You are correct about the corporate account distinction. That is why you do not have the option right now. We are working to change this. However, in the meantime, if you would prefer not to receive extra utensils and packaging, please make sure to write this in on the Special Delivery Instructions box on the final step of the ordering process and the restaurant should help you out.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Best,

    Rich
