Top SeamlessWeb Chef: The Winners

You’re all winners in spirit, but unfortunately only five of you will be eating your dream meal for free this week as the culinary champions of last week’s Top SeamlessWeb Chef contest.*

Going over the contest entries was no easy task, with each meal sounding better than the last. But difficult decisions had to be made and victors had to be spoiled. Therefore, each $50 winner has been chosen and awarded his or her prize.

Kyotofu - Signature Gift Box
To give you a taste of what we were looking for, feast your eyes on this mouth-watering winning entry from Steve Greer:

  • Appetizer: Fresh Mozzarella Caprese from Sandwich Planet ($6.00)
  • Entree: Vacio de Pergamino with Papas Fritas Provenzal (black angus hangar steak with French fries) from Chimichurri Grill ($27.00)
  • Dessert: Kaiseki Prix Fixe (Chef’s 3-course dessert tasting menu) from Kyotofu ($17.00)

Thanks again to everyone for participating and happy eating!

*We recommend that the rest of you treat yourselves to the very same meal you proposed. You only live once, right?

Curious to see what the other 4 winners created, and which neighborhood they live in! I live in the Financial District and all the restaurants suck down here.

    Hey Renee,

One of the other winners actually does live downtown and her order combined a variety of Asian dishes from Tokyo Bay, Soma by Nature, and Sushi a la Kawa, so you might want to check those places out!

PS We all wish we had our own Kyotofu ;)
