SeamlessWebber of the Week: Casey

Every Thursday, a different SeamlessWeb customer tells us about how he or she orders from the site. This week, it’s Wednesday and we’ve got our first Webber whose name rhymes with the name of a department store:

SeamlessWebber of the Week - Casey Penney

Name: Casey Penney (Tweet me @caseypenney)

Age: 26

Occupation: Online Marketing

How and When Did You Discover SeamlessWeb? The way most internet superstars get discovered – MySpace

Where Do You Use SW? On the internets. It’s not called Seamless TV, silly.

Favorite Kind of Food: I really like cheese. And BBQ sauce. If a meal of food can combine these two elements, I consider it an epic WIN.

Least Favorite Kind of Food: I’m an EOE – Equal Opportunity Eater

Favorite Place(s) to Order From on SW? I recently found out that both Tasti D Lite AND Ben & Jerry’s deliver – which I consider to be pure genius. I may feel differently about this revelation when it makes me fat, however.

Least Favorite Thing About Calling Restaurants? When they use the Arnold Schwarzenegger soundboard on me. God, that gets annoying. Especially the first time it happened – I knew I wasn’t whining!

Closest Previous Brush with Internet Fame? I answered an online questionnaire humorously for MTVU…and it landed me on one of their TV shows! Maybe if I try hard enough, I can get on MTV2. (Ed: If only I could have done the same thing for The Wire.)

Favorite Celebrity Chef? Boyardee. Have you tasted his stuff? It’s magical. (Ed: Did you know that there’s a real Chef Boyardee?!)

Favorite Cartoon Growing Up? Late 80s and early 90s Saturday morning cartoons raised me. It got awkward for a few years when I would only address my parents as “He-Man” and “She-Ra.”

What Superpower Do You Wish You Had? The Zack Morris “Time Out” superpower obviously. (Ed: That would be lovely, right?)

In the Past Year, What’s the Latest You’ve Stayed Up and Why? In the words of Lionel Richie: “All night long, all night.” I don’t remember exactly, but there was probably a Golden Girls marathon on.

Plans for Tonight? Debating the importance of stem cell research, reading many of my leather-bound books…oh wait, did you say tonight? Tonight, I’ll probably fix up the old Mii.

E-mail us at myseamlessweb@seamlessweb.com if you’d like to be the next Webber of the Week or if you’d like to suggest a friend!
