SeamlessWebber of the Week: Melanie

Every week, a different SeamlessWeb customer tells us about how he or she orders from the site. This week it’s Melanie the PR Queen in Manhattan:

Name: Melanie

Age: 25

Occupation: Social Media Coordinator for PR firm

How and When Did You Discover SeamlessWeb? My second roommate Julia told me about SeamlessWeb and I think I told her to shut up about 5 times to tell me she wasn’t lying…and punched her in the arm for good measure. She will attest to that. (Ed. note: We do not condone violence here at SeamlessWeb, though we are acutely aware of the excitement online food ordering can muster)

Where Do You Use SW? At work, at home and at other friend’s houses

Favorite Kind of Food: Italian, Thai, Dim Sum and Barbecue

Least Favorite Kind of Food: Korean, Malaysian and anything served to me with its head still intact

Favorite Place(s) to Order From on SW? Chop’t, Yo Sushi, Q2 Thai, Bagel Buffet

Least Favorite Thing About Calling Restaurants? Trying to remember my address

Closest Previous Brush with Internet Fame?Having Spencer Pratt follow me on Twitter

Favorite Celebrity Chef? I don’t watch food shows. They make me hungry. But, I love this and it makes me happy: Food Network Humor (Ed. note: You should probably know that laughter has been known to increase hunger…)

Favorite Cartoon Growing Up? Doug and Rugrats, obviously.

What Superpower Do You Wish You Had? Does wanting to be a wizard count as a superpower? It should.

In the Past Year, What’s the Latest You’ve Stayed Up and Why? 5am for reasons I can’t quite recall. But I’m sure I ordered from SeamlessWeb as soon as I got home! [wink]

Plans for Tonight? I think I have a date? If that cancels, I’ll be sipping wine on my apartment rooftop, ordering Thai then watching Arrested Development reruns. Wild and crazy times.

E-mail us at thedeliverybag@seamlessweb.com if you’d like to be the next Webber of the Week or if you’d like to suggest a friend!
